Inspired by a yoga session where the instructor encouraged the class to dive into our asanas, the Swan Dive is a testament to existing within the mind and the body intentionally. Savoring each and every moment that we encounter something that resonates with us from the paradigm shifting big to the little things that make life just a bit more bearable.
