What is a 'Pleasure List?'
Inspired by the Pleasure Lists and Moon Lists on Substack, the intent of this page is to articulate some of the little things in my life that bring delight in hopes that someone else may find joy from it as well. Much like gratitude journaling, a pleasure list helps one stay rooted in the present moment.
Making the time to go on long walks.
Wearing night-blooming jasmine to bed.
Morning coffee with velvety steamed milk.
Reading a monthly horoscope.
Contemplate on the possibility of the connection between the human body and those of the heavenly variety.
Raspberry flavored salt water taffy.
Making gnocchi from scratch.
A French 75 in a coupe.
A ripe stone fruit. Preferably a peach.
Collecting wild swan feathers.
Doing hot yoga.
